Reactivate Cadet
If a cadet has 5 failed login attempts or has not been in their account for 30 days, they will get a red error message to contact their instructor.
Step 1.

The instructor can reactivate the cadet by following this path. Start on your dashboard>Click the cadet tab>Click cadets again>Land on the cadet roster page>Click the "Reactivate Cadets" button.
Step 2.

Click the "Reactivate" button for the cadet.

To reset the cadet's password, go to your roster and click on the "view box" of the cadet This will take you to the student profile box where you can change/update their password.
