Please email the help desk at support@cadetportfolio.zendesk.com and provide the information below. You DO NOT need to register for a new account.
- Your full name
- Name of losing school
- Name of gaining school
NOTE the following useful information:
- The items in your Instructor Portfolio will transfer with you to your new school.
- After the help desk transfers your account, log in using your CURRENT registered email and password.
- Once you are in your account, navigate to your edit profile and update your information. If you change your email or password, they will become your new credentials for logging in to access your Cadet Portfolio account. Make sure any browser password managers are updated with your new credentials.
- To create your roster, you will find cadets in your JROTC program under "Other Cadets from my High School". Check the ones you want on your roster, then click the gray tab “Add all to Roster”.
