How are cadets moved to alumni status?

From the Cadets page, you can now move your cadets to alumni status.

Way #1: Click on View next to a specific cadet. Go to the LET level area drop down and change to Alumni.

Way #2: Check the box next to multiple cadets and click “Batch Cadet LET Level Move” and it’ll move all selected cadets up one LET level. The LET 4’s will go to Alumni Status. 

NOTE:  If a graduating senior is not a LET 4, the cadet must be stepped up to a LET 4 in order to be moved to Alumni Status. 

For example, If a graduating senior in JROTC is a LET 2, he/she must be moved to a LET 3, and then to a LET 4 and then finally to Alumni status.
