The cadet must notify their instructor and request a password reset; the help desk can not assist Cadets.
Instructors can reset the cadet's password by navigating to their cadet roster page by following this path: From your instructor dashboard, click on the Cadets Tab > Cadet Roster > Cadet's Green "Edit" box > Blue "Change Password" banner.
1) Create a password that meets the security requirements, enter it a second time, and hit save.
2) Verify that the cadet is using the correct email and it is spelled correctly.
3) Provide the password and email to the cadet.
4) If you used a generic password, when the cadet logs into his/her Cadet Portfolio, they can change/update the password by selecting "Edit Profile" and creating a unique password meeting the security requirements.
